MIA CASA PROPERTY INVESTMENT STRATEGY

1. DEFINITIONS
"Mia Casa Property Investment Strategy" ("we", "us", "our") refers to the advisory service offering education, strategy, research, and concierge-style property investment support. "Client" refers to the individual engaging our services. "Services" refers to strategy sessions, research, advisory work, education, planning, portfolio guidance, and referrals. "Intellectual Property" refers to all frameworks, documents, tools, and materials provided by Mia Casa.
2. NATURE OF SERVICES
Mia Casa operates in a unique role between a Buyers Agent and a Property Investment Coach. We provide strategic property guidance, education, research analysis, and portfolio support. We do NOT provide: real estate agency services, financial product advice, lending services, legal advice, accounting advice, or property sales. Our services are educational and strategic only.
3. CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
Clients acknowledge they must seek independent legal, financial, taxation, and lending advice before making property decisions. All investment choices are made at the client's discretion.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
All memberships (1-Year, 3-Year, Lifetime) must be paid upfront or via an agreed payment plan. Payment plans remain a binding financial commitment regardless of service usage.
5. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
All fees are strictly non-refundable once any service has commenced, including—but not limited to—strategy sessions, planning calls, research, personalised analysis, or access to proprietary intellectual property. Lifetime Memberships are non-refundable under all circumstances. A 48-hour goodwill refund window applies only if no service has been delivered. Missed payments may result in suspension of services.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), Mia Casa is responsible for providing services with due care and skill. However, we are not responsible for: market performance, lending decisions, investment losses, third-party service outcomes, or reliance on any referral partner. We do not guarantee investment returns, rental yields, capital growth, or market movement.
7. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
Clients agree to provide accurate information, actively participate in sessions, and respond to requests needed to complete research or planning. Failure to engage may delay or prevent expected outcomes.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials provided remain the exclusive property of Mia Casa. Clients receive a single-user licence for personal use only and may not share, reproduce, or distribute IP without written permission.
9. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of personal, financial, and strategic information. This obligation survives termination of services.
10. TERMINATION
Mia Casa may terminate services if the client engages in abusive behaviour, provides misleading information, fails to make payments, or becomes unresponsive for 60+ days. No refunds apply in such cases.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland and Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved under Queensland jurisdiction.
12. AGREEMENT
By purchasing any service, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions, including the integrated Refund & Cancellation Policy.
